In a far reaching decision, the U.S. Supreme Court has ended the right to legal abortion in the United States. On Friday, the court reversed Roe v. Wade, overturning the fundamental right to abortion established nearly 50 years prior. With the ruling, there is no longer a federal constitutional right to abortion and power has been given back to individual state governments to determine if it’s legal – over half of which are considered likely to ban the procedure.
